Best Off-Road Parks in Tennessee
Tennessee is a veritable playground for outdoor enthusiasts, with more wilderness to hike, fish, climb, and relax in than anyone knows what to do with. Tennessee is an especially fantastic place if you’re into off-road vehicles. From dirt bikes to ATVs and UTVs and even just a good ol’ 4WD truck and a whole heap of courage, there is room on these trails for everyone. There’s nothing quite like a weekend spent hitting dirt trails! Wooly’s Off Road Club
Located close to I-65 and a little over 50 miles south of Nashville, Wooly’s Off Road Club is home to off-road trails with features like rock ledges, mud holes, gullies, steep hills, and rocky ditches. Wooly’s off Road Club is a great place to spend your weekends for some off-road fun. The price is reasonable and passengers under 10 ride for free. Camping is free when you purchase a pass for two consecutive days, making it a great two-day adventure. They allow any vehicle entrance, though a complete muffler including baffle is required.
Adventure Off Road Park
After a bit more than just riding trails? Adventure Off Road Park offers just that, with a variety of charity events, outdoor festivals, RV and primitive camping, and a live music venue. The Adventure Off Road Park, or AOP, is 500 acres of land located in the mountains of South Central Tennessee. The AOP is dedicated to creating the ultimate off-road experience for outdoor enthusiasts and offers a selection of over 120 trails with a wide variety of difficulties for off-road vehicle riders of all experiences. There’s plenty of camping green space at the park as well! Amenities include: RV Hookups, bathrooms, showers, and AOP Pavillion.
Bikini Bottoms Off Road and Zip Line Park
OK, you say, but what if I’m really into off-roading? If you spit dirt and bleed mud, look no further than Bikini Bottoms Off Road Park. This is the end-all of off-road parks, a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of the everyday. Family friendly off-road adventure awaits, with a schedule of events so jam packed with fun activities and live music that you’ll want to visit every weekend all summer long. Located in Dyer County, Bikini Bottoms is designed for adventure for ATV, UTV, and other trail riding fun. There are acres and acres of trails, with easy rides to the most extreme adventures. There are dirt trails with some areas dedicated to mud riding exclusively!
